This company has rude employees and would not give me their full names. I have asked to retrieve my daughter’s personal belongings from the car before auction and was denied because the bill has not been paid. They also let the daily charge increase over and beyond the car’s value. The police told me that this was the worst company to tow her car because even if I was to come up with the money to get the car and her belongings, the personal items would not be there. They steal anything of value from the towed vehicles as soon as they arrive which may be the reason they deny the retrieval of personal items.
